			Private Residence #1 - This is a private home built in Port New Providence, New Providence. It comprises of a main house and a staff cottage with the garage beneath it.
			Private Residence #2 - a private home built in Lyford Cay.
			House at Flamingo Court - A new single family residence at Flamingo Court, on Paradise Island. This is house #1 of a four house development, each with a private garden and swimming pool. The house has three bedrooms,three and a half baths, with a general purpose attic area that can be used as an additional bedroom, playroom, or study.
			Commercial Project #1 - This is the renovation of 170 hotel rooms for Club Med (Bahamas Ltd.) Paradise Island. Also following the renovation of the hotel rooms the major public areas were also refurbished, including the main restaurants, the amphitheater, bar and guest reception area.
			Church Project - This is a new church meeting hall and renovations to existing classroom building for a church on Robinson Road, on the island of New Providence.
